NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEERING
Network Engineer
Full-Time

TS/SCI Eligibility Required
Federal Focus is seeking a Network Engineer to support mission-critical networks for our federal customers. In this role, you will design, harden, and defend enterprise networks alongside cleared professionals delivering real-world Department of Defense mission support.
What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and maintain secure enterprise network architectures
Monitor and defend networks against intrusion attempts and network-based attacks
Perform network hardening and manage routers, switches, and firewall configurations
Support insider-threat investigations and incident response with packet analysis
Document network topologies, configurations, and standard operating procedures
What You’ll Bring
Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and firewall technologies
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, network protocols, and secure design principles
An industry certification such as CCNA, CCNP, or Security+ is a plus
Clear, written communication and a commitment to mission success
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
